Architect, stedelijk denker en oprichter van Town Planning Design & Architecture.
Boguslaw Witkowski is ingenieur-architect en oprichter van Town Planning Design & Architecture, opgericht in Belgie in 1989. Al meer dan drie decennia beweegt zijn werk zich tussen architectuur, stedelijke strategie, publieke gebouwen, huisvesting en wedstrijdmatige voorstellen in Europa, Afrika, Azie en Noord- en Zuid-Amerika.
Zijn internationale ervaring omvat onder meer projecten gelinkt aan de luchthaven van Barcelona, het SWIFT-hoofdkwartier in La Hulpe, het sportcollege van de universiteit van Bagdad, de campus van de universiteit van Gabon en modulaire woningbouw in Hoog-Silezie. Die vormende jaren legden de basis voor een praktijk die technische precisie verbindt met culturele en stedelijke reikwijdte.
Binnen TPD&A ontwikkelde hij een uitgesproken architecturale taal, gevormd door landschap, ecologische intelligentie en een dialoog tussen Oost en West. Die lijn zet zich voort in Osaka Suspended Gardens, Toronto Coptic Village, Busan Gwangbok Street, Brussels Hills on the Beach en New Silk Road Museum Park, terwijl zijn doctoraatsonderzoek naar de evolutie van de Chinese stad een praktijk blijft voeden die gevoelig is voor plek, duurzaamheid en de lange tijd van de stad.

Design work for SWIFT headquarters in Brussels-La Hulpe, Barcelona Airport, Hotel Miramar in Barcelona, and projects in Paris and Poissy.
